Our treatment program begins with a thorough evaluation by our multidisciplinary team. Together with you and your family, we develop a treatment plan that is personalized, based on your personal goals, concerns, and preferences.
Are You Eligible for Rehabilitation Services?
Throughout the medical rehabilitation program, patients are assisted in becoming as independent as possible in mobility and self-care activities. Advanced technology tools are used to address any problems with speech, reading comprehension, and other language disorders.
We assist patients with a wide range of physical and medical conditions
We offer comprehensive rehabilitation services to children, adolescents, and adults with many physical and medical conditions, including spinal cord and traumatic brain injuries, strokes, burns, and neurological conditions such as epilepsy, tumors, or other impairments.
- Children (age 6 and older), adults and seniors (English and Spanish speaking)
- Children and adults who have experienced accidents or neurological illnesses including traumatic brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, tumors, and other neurological conditions, who may have impairments of memory, attention, problem solving/organizational skills, language, or spatial-perception skills
- Children and adults who have experienced traumatic injuries, such as spinal cord injury, amputation, multiple trauma, or chronic illnesses, such as cancer
- Children and adults with continuing rehabilitation or adjustment needs, such as anxiety/depression, anger management, chronic pain, medical adherence, adjusting to lifestyle changes, or coping with medically related impairments
- Children and adolescents with learning problems, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, behavior problems, developmental delay, and other childhood/adolescent issues
